Decade of Impact: Central Corridor Anchor Partnership’s Annual Conference
Join us on Thursday, November 16th, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fairview Community Health & Wellness Hub for an important and timely conversation. We are honored to host Dr. David Maurrasse, leader of the Anchor Institutions Task Force, as he shares his national insights into the transformative potential of anchor partnerships right here in the Twin Cities.
During this gathering, we’ll reflect on a decade of progress and set the stage for the future. Together, we will explore the path forward for the next ten years.
Paul Pribbenow, MayKao Hang, and John Swanholm will offer local reflections on Dr. Maurasse’s insights. Together, we will explore how the collaboration of anchor institutions could be relevant to addressing our current challenges.
As institutions of learning and healthcare, our presence along the Green Line in Minneapolis-St. Paul reflects our commitment to our patients, students, employees, and community. We’re firmly anchored to the well-being and growth of our surrounding neighborhoods. The opening of the Green Line marked the beginning of our collaborative efforts to increase procurement with Central Corridor businesses, hire residents from Central Corridor neighborhoods, promote transit usage among our students and employees, and support community development and investments in the Central Corridor. These strategies have not only strengthened our organizations but have also contributed to the prosperity of the Twin Cities region.
