What is the pathway from high school to a career in health care? 

We worked with the Minnesota Hospital Association to identify projected job openings at our partner institutions, then align higher education programs with those jobs, and then pursue our best points of access for students in the community to those education programs.

Our Health Careers Pathways Matrix (PDF) is a visual representation of the alignment between education and future job openings.  It guides our work to link educational opportunities and future hiring needs.
